I've tried to start Kegel exercises, and I'm having some trouble isolating them aside from contracting my rectal muscles!. Any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh you need to contract your rectal muscles as well! Otherwise you'll be tight in front and loose on the posterior wall!. Try to isolate the front muscles the way described here but do not leave your rear muscles out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Next time you're peeing, stop your urine mid-stream!. The muscles you use to do that are what you should be exercising!.

I do these exercise and it does take some time to separate the two!. Practice leads to perfection!. It will still work for the vagina, so don`t worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
try it lying down first with your knees bent it seems a little easier at firstWww@Answer-Health@Com
