Question: Problems with skipping my period, using birth control!.!?
I read online that it was possible to skip your period by just not taking the reminder pills!. I was on Trycyclen and instead of taking my reminder pills I just started a new pack!. Although a couple days later I started my period!? but it was like constant!. it has almost been a week since my on and off period, will it go away!? how can i stop it!? Im now on a new pill that I will prob be able to skip my periods with because they are all the same level of horome!.!.!.
what should i do!.!. stop taking the pill until my period is over then start it again in a week!?
Im not sexually active so dont worry!.

This bleeding that you are noticing as a result of skipping the placebo pills to try and skip a period is as a result of breakthrough bleeding!. Breakthrough bleeding is a lot like a period but isn't!.

Yes, it should go away soon but as to how to stop it you would restart the hormone pills the next week and it should stop that!.

The reason that breakthrough bleeding occurs is because of the fact that when we stop the pill as far as by taking the whole pack is because the body isn't sure what to do!. The reason is because it is so used to having periods!.
