From my tampon box, "12-15g" equivalent to a super plus tampon!. I guess that means you go thru a super plus tampon between 4-6 hours!. Or a super tampon within 4 hours, or regular within 2!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's considered heavy if you go through a super tampon in less than 3 or 4 hours or a large pad in less than 2 hours, or if you are passing large clots(quarter size or larger)!. If you are doing any of these you should be evaluated by a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
