Question: Ok did i just faint in the shower!?
Ok i was just in the shower washing my hair and all of a sudden i felt really sick, then my head went sort of fuzzy and heavy and i fell over!. When i stood up i couldn't see anything for about 5 seconds - everything was just black so i was rubbing my eyes like mad!. My mum says i fainted but did i !? Please help it really freaked me out!Www@Answer-Health@Com

That can happen, especially when washing your hair because you tend to put your head backw hich can cause a dizzy spell due to blocking off nerves at the back of the head!. It could also have beent hat the shower was too hot making your blood pressure fluctuate!. It also may have been due to not having enough ventilation in the bathroom!. I would go to the doctor if I were you and just tell them what happened and get them to check your blood pressure and what not!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Hey, sounds like you did faint!. I often do this when I'm in the shower!. I have low blood pressure and apparently being hot lowers it further causing me to faint!. I was advised by GP not to take a bath incase I pass out whilst in there!. I find that when I start to feel faint if I go stick my head out the window for few moments I feel better!. Yep, you had a blackout, my first blackout was in the shower when i was 15, ill never forget it!.
