Try fasting a few days in the Islamic manner - wake up before dawn and eat a decent breakfast, then don't eat until sunset!.

Working out a lot - aerobic stuff is good!. Substitute fatty and sugary stuff with water & fruits!.

Walking and running is amazingly good for loosing weight off the legs and stomach, as well eating healthy!. Follow guides such as The Candadian Food guide, not too sure if you know what that is, but i recomend checking it out!. It tells you how much of what you need each day!. My aunt lost a tonne of weight just eating healthy following that guide!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hi , well i lost nearly 3 stone by walking for 30mins each day every day and just having 3 proper meals aday and it worked for me !!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walking, running, sit ups, watching what you eat, not eating fat foods after 7!.!.!.!.!. getting rest drinking alot of water and not soda or juice that contains lots of sugarWww@Answer-Health@Com
