Question: Should a 15 year old girl start worrying about her weight!?
I've been acting like a kid since yesterday like having 3 slices pizza, a scoop of Belgian Chocolate Chocolate Hagen-dasz and gumballs!. And today, I have 3 helpings of mac and cheese!. I feels so fat, so i tried pilaties, and it just makes me feel worse about myself cause while those people on the DVD do the exercises so well, I can't do them as well as they do!.!.!. I don't eat like this all the time, my usual diet it, the correct portions or meat, vegetables and the essential stuff (parents are health nuts) and those are home cooked meals, it's just!.!.grr! I can never be good enough, I tried pilaties for the first time today (after lunch, cause that's usually the time I feel the worst about myself) I felt like I was gonna throw up! But in my mind, throwing up was ok, cause that means I'm throwing up what I just ate!. What's wrong with me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are very young to be worrying about your weight!. Your metabolism and activity are still pretty high at your age- So I wouldn't worry about it!.

Now if you start gaining 10 pounds each week, and you are not getting any taller- I would lay off the mac & cheese =]
Be a kid & enjoy life!. Because when you get old, you won't be able to eat like you do now!. Have fun!!!

See a doctor to treat your eating disorder!. No one should worry about their weight that much, especially a 15 year old!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
