Question: First Periods!? When do you know!?
Okay so I'm 14 years old, 4 feet 11 inches and 98!.5 pounds!. How do I know when I'm gonna get my first period because all of my friends have had theirs for 2 years now!. Is there anyway I can speed it up!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

sorry no way to speed it up!.!.!.!.!.=[ try drinking milk it has loads of hormones in it!.,!.!.!? not sure if that would work though, but stress can slow it down, so just relax and it will come!. another thing that may slow it down is if you do a lot of sports like swimming or tennis

growing pains
your hips getting wider
pubic hair
sweating under your arms
developing acne or spots
thick and whitish discharge
abdominal pain
cravings for certain food like chocolate
wanting to eat everything or nothing

headaches

mood swings
crying for no reason
getting annoyed easily
sore boobs

blood spotting a couple of days before

Age height and weight have nothing to do with it!. Well i guess overweight women get theirs early, but thats rarely the case!. Some signs are, discharge, a white clear fluid that you'll find in your underwear!. And hair and breast development!. There's no way to speed it up, and trust me, your not missing out on anything!. I know it feels like it, my friends got theirs when they were 13, and mine 15!. So it differs!.

I got my period when I was 8!. Yea at 8 very young!. I developed to fast!. By the time I was 15 my body looked like I was older but my face told you I was still young!. Anyway!. Dont worry about not getting your period now!. When you do get it you will wish that you never got it in the first place!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
When I was younger my dr told my mom that it usually happens about 2 years after your breasts start growing, sure enough that's what happened to me!. There isn't any way to speed it up, enjoy not having it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
