Question: Question about taking the pill!?
Okay so been taking the pill for two weeks!.
Obviously started taking it on the first day of my period but, I'm just wondering!.!. is it unusual for this first period on the pill to last really long!?
Like, it was really heavy for the normal amount of time, a few days, but now it's gotten much lighter but just seems to be lasting ages!
It appears like a sort of darker discharge!?

Yes, it is quite common when you first start taking the pill to have irregular and sometimes erratic bleeding!. This should settle down within a few months!. Don't worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yeah don't worry about it, it's normal!.
i first took it on the first day of my period and had my normal period for a week!.
the next day i went on holiday, presumed my period was over so took no tampons!.
but on the first day of my holiday i came back on my period!
so it's normal for your first period on the pill to last a long time!.

Yep! Tis TOTALLY normal! Once your body is used to the pill it will get better!.

the pill made mine heavier for the first few months then they got better see your gp or go to the clinic if you are still worriedWww@Answer-Health@Com
