I Know How You Feel, Its Very Upsetting To Be Scared To Use Tampons!. I Had The Same Problem!. You Can Get Specially Made Tampons that Are Designed For Teenagers And Beginnners!. That Makes A Big Difference!. It Only Hurts IF you insert The Tampon Incorrectly!. Look Around Your Local Pharmacy And See What They Have!. Ask Your Mum Or Friend Or Someone Who Can Help And Give You Advice x Hope This Helped!.xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

I use applicator tampons and they are so much better and more practical than pads because you can't feel them and don't feel as if you are on your period!. I started using them at 13 so you will be totally fine!. I would try using the tampon again and put it in all the way because it will feel weird half way through because it is between your vaginal muscles and needs to rest on top of it!. It doesn't hurt your first time it just might feel a bit weird until you get used to getting the tampon in the right position!. I use a tesco brand!. lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

I understand why you're scared, but there isn't anything to worry about!. I would suggest buying junior, or small tampons to start out with!. It shouldn't hurt when you are inserting a tampon, unless you are buying to large a size!. Here is a way to make it easier and more comfortable to insert a tampon:

1!. Sit on the toilet like your would if you were going to the bathroom and spread your legs apart!.

2!. Find your vaginal opening!. Once you have found it, bend over forward slightly and relax your muscles down there!.

3!. Insert the tampon, aiming for the muscles in your lower back!. You should hardly even feel it if you have inserted it correctly!.

Be sure not to leave it in for any more than eight hours! It is unlikely that you will get Toxic Shock Syndrome, or TSS, it's always possible!. Use pads at nights, rather than tampons!. Good luck and god bless!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try getting "playtex gentle glide" I know they used to have a "slim fit" not sure if they still do, and get them in "regular absorbency" and unscented!.
The box will come with a set of instructions and pictures on it to show you how to put it in!. Make sure you read everything it says, and do it just the way it shows on there!.
Sure it will feel weird the first few times, but you will get used to it!. Just relax and don't be so nervous about it!.
Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

make sure you relax all the muscles in your legs and stomach!.
use the fingers of one hand to spread apart the skin, and the other hand to hold the applicator and the pointer finger to push the plunger in!.

point the tampon at an angle towards your lower back!.

it should not hurt if it is in correctly, you shouldn't even feel it!!! if it hurts or you can feel it, take it out and try with a fresh one!.

also, be sure you push it in all the way, as far as you can!. don't worry, there are no other holes it can go in or skin it can break!. the vagina muscles hold it in so you can't feel a thing!.

i was super scared at first, but now i don't even think about it!. what i like most is you don't feel wet at all!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't be embarrassed!. I was 15 and I had your same questions!. You should buy Pearl brand tampons- they really are the "least intrusive" I think!. You could also try and put some lube on the end of the tampon which will make the insertion less uncomfortable!. It is going to feel weird at first, but it took me a long time and many tampons before I felt comfortable!. Relax, because your vagina will clench up if you're nervous making it harder to put in!. Stick your leg up on the bathroom counter and insert it towards you at an angle!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's possible that you have a smaller than usual opening in the hymen and that makes insertion difficult and uncomfortable!. Have you had a pap smear or a pelvic exam!? If not, you should ask for one and tell the doctor about the problem!. The hymenal opening can be enlarged for comfortable tampon use and will also make losing your virginity less painful!.

Yahh its soo hard in the beggining because u have to break through your hymn (skin that covers opening of your vagina) buut get a mirror and look and i know this sounds groas but in the shower try to find it with your finger!. Things will get alot beter after!. good luck! xoxoWww@Answer-Health@Com
