when loosing your virginity, its when the hymen is broken by penetration!.
if the dildo breaks this then yes i would say the virginity is lost!.
however it can grow over again, with months-years of no sex, that's why when people don't have sex in a while and then it hurts again this means that the hymen was forming again!.
as for other penetration, i think you can still class it as keeping your virginity, losing the virginity to me is when, a woman hymen is broken during penetrative sex and when a man inserts into a vagina for the first time!.
