this may sound really dumb, but i'm 16 and i can't tell if i got my period just now or nottt!?
help!
so i just woke up from a 4 hour nap i went to go pee, and i looked on my underwear and it looked like i had poop stains all in there, like it was def!. the color of poop, so then i peed and it was plain yellow so i wiped myself and it had a little blood on there!.
is that my period!?!!?!!!?

yea, usually the first time it's more of a rusty brown color!.
what you just got is all you will probably get for your first period!.
from now on, just keep some pads with you!.
also, wear a panty liner every day!. you will likely have spotting for a couple of months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
