Does anybody know how to lose 50 pounds in 3 months?!


Question: Does anybody know how to lose 50 pounds in 3 months!?
I am getting married in february and i need to lose atleast 50 pounds!. so if anybody knows please tell me!. PLZ DONT GIVE ME ANYTHING I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink a lot of water and Hibiscus water, buy Hibiscus at the store and boil it in a liter of water and use it everyday, this will help to clean your kidneys plus get rid of any excess of water in your body!. Do natural protein all day like chicken , fish and vegtebles, no sugars or dairy foods or carbohydrates!. if you feel down a little eat an orange to bring your sugar level back up, you can eat up to 8 times a day!. I promise you will loose weight!. if you try this!. No protein bars, natural protein, also make sure you take vitamins!.

Consult your doctor before any diet or change of eating habits!. We are just here to suggest for what has worked on us, but not all diets are for everyone or work the same in every body!.

In 3 months it could be possible by what everyone on here tells ya, but you*ll have nasty flabby skin in a wedding dress!. You*re worried about not buying things but to loose that much weight in 3 months, stomache stapeling can*t do that! Also, no telling what it would cost to get the skin cut off of you! But, that*s alot of stress on your heart as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise and diet!. It possible if you cut off desert!. have desert only ONCE a week and watch how many calories and fat you take in!. And climbing stairs and dancing and very good ways to lose weight!. For breakfast instead of that "protein bar" with Whole wheat toast or Cereal with Reduced fat or Fat-free milk!. Lunch could be a salad, WITHOUT RANCH DRESSING or dressing of any sort, or a very low fat and low calorie one!. And keep climbing stairs!. And dance, DDR is a fun and very, very, easy way to lose weight!. No more chips!. No more Mc Donald's!. Not even In-n-out!. Trade soda for water, and coffee for juice!.Don't eat one BIG meal in the morning and skip lunch!. It's better if you eat a tiny bit all during the day to keep you feeling "filled"!. For snacks, forget the candy bars, and substitute them with a favourite raw fruit or vegetable!.Climb stairs for 10 minutes, take a break and in 10 minutes, climb them again!. Fast!. Not walking slowly, fast!. And sweat!. Let the sweat pour!. And if you climb stairs everyday for a total of an hour and a half a day, and change your diet intake to 1,600 calories, and less fat, I can tell you, in probably a week, you will see some good results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1st drink LOTS of water helps alot and every morning run a few miles and eat healthy foods dont starve yourself haha :D
