Question: My period is irregular now suddenly regular since my bf and I started having unprotected sex why!?
started my first period when I was thirteen it lasted 28 days and I didn't see another one for a whole year, since that ordeal I have what I jokingly like to say natural seasonale, it shows its ugly red head once every 4 months until recently!.!.!.!.I'm 25 now and My boyfriend and I have started having unprotected sex and suddenly my period comes on every month for the past 3 months is this normal, should I be worried or glad that it regular!. OMG!! The same EXACT thing happened to me!.
I started my period at 11yrs (now 24yr), and it came once or twice a yr!.
Until 2005, It comes every month now for 3-4 days, perfect!.
I never use birth control (I have control, LOL) and have been having unprotected sex with the same guy!
I guess the cycle can regulate it self like that!. I've never been preg either, so I really love my body (or his)!. I love that its regular!. It lets me know im still alive and kicking with all the "throwing my body down the drain" im into on a regular: smoking, drinking, going days without a meal- surviving off of snacks!.

If you are not on the pill!. It could still be a natural hormone change, this could still happen even at 25!. But this also might mean that you are ovulating more regularly, so unless you are trying to have a baby, you should use condoms or get on the pill, if you aren't already!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

have you started using birth control that you weren't using before!? such as the pill!. the pill often makes periods shorter, lighter and more regular!.
so that would be the reason if you ve recently started the pill!.
