I'm having weight issues(not asking how to lose weight)?!

Question: I'm having weight issues(not asking how to lose weight)!?
Okay, I'm ADD and I'm prescribed adderall, which is a stimulant and it makes you lose your appetite therefore you lose weight!. For most people, it wouldn't be a problem but it bothers me!. Whenever I lose weight, it comes straight out of my breasts!. If I stop taking the medicine, I'll gain the weight back in the spots that I want them, but I can't take it because I need it desperately for school!. So I was wondering if any women know how to gain weight, and make it go where you want, or at least have a little bit of control over it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

One way to make your breasts appear larger is to strengthen the pectoral muscles under the fatty breast tissue!. Fat will droop and sag over time, but strong pectoral muscles will keep you firm and "perky"!. Check out some exercises at the source listed below!.(1)

You could also avoid losing so much weight by increasing the HEALTHY fats in your diet!. Nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecans have the most heart healthy omega-3 fatty acids) and seeds like pumpkin and sunflower seeds are both calorie and nutrient dense snacks that are easy to add to breakfast cereal, salads or other healthy foods!. They also pack well for car snacks or on-the-go!. An added plus is that there is some research that increasing omega-3 fatty acids (also found in flaxseed, salmon, sardines, anchovies, cod, olive oil) can help manage ADD symptoms!(2) Wouldn't it be great if you didn't need the Adderal at all!?

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure that you eat your well-balanced meals three times a day, even if you don't feel hungry, because your body needs it anyway!.

I really don't know to say about targeted weight gain!.!.!. I mean you could try doing chest workouts and weights (light amount of weight but lots of reps) but I've got to warn you, for some, since it tones, it reduces the size, while for others it adds a little muscle under the boobies already there so they get a little bigger!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
