Question: I've got a Podgy belly!!! please help ! xx!?
Hi When i was younger i was so slim and didnt have an inch of fat on me , over the last year ive put on just about 1 stone! !.!.!. i am still not fat though or anywhere near over weight but i just have developed a bit of a belly!.!.!. whats the quickest and esiest way for me to get rid of it, what excercises and diets are good for a better looking stomache!?

yeah so i have gotten the same way!.!. the easiest thing to do is to run and exercise!. Now your run doesn't have to be hard by any means, but you can run for about 20-30 minutes!. Also, make sure you cut down on some uunnecessarycalories!. (sweets, chips, fried foods)!. Now you can have these every once in a while, but just make sure not to go too heavily on them!. I have also been doing some great ab exercises!. go to google and type in ab exercise and I am sure you will find some great workouts!. you could probably do this while watching t!.v!. or even before you go to bed!. Also, if you don't like to run I would recommend biking, elliptical, swimming, or even walking!.

i had the very same problem and exercise is always the best way!. don't hurt yourself with all those diets just eat the healthy stuff!. like the usual fruit and veg blah blah blah but try and stay away from processed stuff and fish is a really nice alternative to meat!. i'm not saying eat salad every day and never fattier food ever again, just look for and alternative!. also i've found swimming to be very good for losing fat and toning as it works all of your muscles!.

Sit-ups and anything strengthening your abdominal muscles!.
Cycling and swimming also!
