Answers:
You could weigh a tampon before and after but why!.
Just count the tampons used and get an average result over time for your cycles!. Keep a chart and description!. Treat it as a science of measuremant for understanding!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've never known anyone to measure, you just guess!. If you mean what type of tampon you should use, just start with a light and if you have to change it within an hour or so, it's too light!.!.!.so you can try a normal one, and so on until you don't have to change it for a few hours!. You could weigh the used pad, then weigh an unused pad, subtract the unused pad's to the used one's!. Pretty gross though!. But the usual amount of menstruation I guess is either 3 tablespoons or 3 teaspoons!. 1 tbsp=15mL, 3 tsps=5 mL!. Hope it helps!.

1mL=1g, i think!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

in the hospital, we weigh the pad without discharge and then we weigh in the pad with discharge and then we subtract it!. by this you will get the estimate amount of your dischargeWww@Answer-Health@Com
