Question: Do women who are born with inverted nipples ever do develop nipples!?
I'm worried now because I am born with inverted nipples!. I have had my period already and I have a friend (she got her period too) who is the same age that has developing nipples while I don't!. Every time I change my friends are always commenting on why I don't have nipples!. Eg!. "Your nipple's are really weird!.!.!." and "Why aren't your nipples developing!?" I'm embarrassed to talk about it with my mom so I just keep quiet about it!.!.!. Will they ever grow out!?!?!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are perfectly normal girl that happens to have inverted nipples!. I dated a nurse that had the same thing!. I would have a lot of fun coaxing her nipples out of their "Hiding Places!."
Ignore your friends, they are just kids who don't know anything!. You probably have very pretty breasts, probably prettier than theirs!. Keep your nipples and what they do to yourself!. STOP exchanging personnel information with your so called friends!. You have provided them with something to make fun of you about!.

if it really bothers you talk to an MD about options!. you should be going to a gynecologist for yearly checkups now that you "have your period"
