is it a bad idea to mix both!? ill be taking the midol now and the five hour enegery shot around 4 so im awake for workWww@Answer-Health@Com

Most midols have caffeine in them, so just make sure to get the one that doesn't have caffeine in it, and that'd be fine!. Otherwise, you'll be super shaky!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
