Okay, so I've had my period for 2 years now and I've never tried a tampon!. My mom doesn't want me using them yet!. But, I have a problem!. I'm going to a party today with a bunch of my awesome friends and we're going to chill out in her hot tub!.!.!. But I started my period for this month 2 days ago!. There are two extra tampons in one of our cupboards but, there aren't any directions!. I'm kind of nervous about trying one!. So any tips!? Uhhhhh there's going to be me and 4 other girls there!. 2 of them know that I've already had mine and one has too!. But that's all!. I know how you feel!. I've had my period (well, until just recently) for five years and I STILL haven't tried on a tampon!.
I think you just kind of shove it up there!. I know you can't push it up to far because you can hurt yourself!. Let me go look up the instructions real quick!.

"Find the most relaxed position for your body while inserting the tampon!. Raising one of your legs on a footstool or on the rim of a toilet makes the process easier!. Here's how to insert a tampon without any problems or discomfort!."
1!. Wash your hands with soap and hot water!.
2!. Remove the tampon from the wrapper!.
3!. Slide the applicator a few inches into the vagina (tampon side in), but not so far that you can't hold the outer of the two tubes that make up the applicator!.
4!. Push the inner tube into the outer tube, releasing the tampon into the vagina!.
5!. Slide the applicator out!.
6!. Make sure the tampon's string remains outside the vagina!.
7!. Wrap the applicator in toilet paper and throw it away!. Do not flush it down the toilet!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

either tell your mom your going to the party and you need to use one or take both of the ones that you saw in the cub bord and try them for putting it in don't put it in your vagina straight but sit in front of a mirror and open your vagina you can see a little hole and put the tampon slightly up and stick it in if it doesn't feel right stick it in more all the way or it wont feel good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my aunt did the same thing to me when i was that age it turns out she thought i would forget it and get Toxic shock!.!.!.my opinion is if you want to use one ask your friends if one if them is on it too then just ask for help!.!.!.my other aunt helped me out she handed it to me and coached me from outside the door!.!.!.and its not that hard to do!.!.!.just stand with one leg on the toilet and insert at a 45 degree angle!.!.!.or sit on the toilet with legs spread and do the same thing!.!.!.and also try explaining to your mom that this is a one time thing!.!.she might let you use it hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
