i prefer tampons!.
they are much easier and dont need to be changed as often!.
most times i wear a tampon and then just a panty liner just in case it leaks,
tampons are great for school and sport!.

i prefer pads more!. its comfortable!. and you dont have to worry much!. everything just slides out onto the pad!.
i never tried tampons, but i dont think ill know how to insert it!. i dont want to worry about it getting lost or it being uncomfortable!. you have to change tampons more often too!. because it will get your insides infected if you leave it in too long!.

Pads are so much better!. Tampons can give you toxic syndrome!. Ehh!.!.!. Not good!. If you do use tampons, I suggest you change at least every two hours!. The longer you keep it on, you'll get sick and might be in serious danger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i like both but i usually use tampons when im at school and pads when im at home but tampons are much comfortable and pads are more protectiveWww@Answer-Health@Com
