At what time should i take my birthcontrol pill?!
Question: At what time should i take my birthcontrol pill!?
i been taking it at 10am but now since its day light saving and we went one hour back im confused should i still take it at 10am or start taking it at 9 to make my body believe its 10 aaaaahhh so confused please help Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as you take it at relatively the same time each day within a couple hours you should be fine!. If you want to take it at 9 that would be fine but if you wait until 10 you should be fine too!. They just tell you to take it the same time each day so you aren't taking it at 6 am one day, 4 pm the next day and 10 am the next day or something like that!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
You'll be fine to continue to take it at 10!. Luckily, taking the pill is not so delicate that it must be timed down to the minute!.
If you are really worried in the future, you can make the adjustment in 20 or 30 minute increments staring a day or two in advance but I really don't think that's necessary at all!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
