My younger sister had horrible cramps and had to stay home 3 or 4 days a month because of them!. My mom took her to the doc and she got put on birth control pills, that helped A LOT!. you need to go to your doctor as soon as possible because this does not sound normal at all!. dont let it slide! they can put you on the pill to lessen the amount of blood in your period and the cramps will be less painfull!. speak to your doctor and they will advise the best things to do Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best answer i could give you is go and see your doctor, there is alot a doctor can do for you!.
E!.G put you on the contraceptive pill (it helps ease period pains)

There is a certain prescription that may help regulate your periods to around every 4 weeks, reduce cramps, and reduce your flow which is important to help with the anemia and may even help out with acne!. 'Oral contraceptives'!. Oral Contraceptives is not only used for pregnancy but of the reasons I stated above!. Some people may have a problem about talking about "oral contraceptives" to someone so young, because it's mostly associated with one thing and it's not!. It helps manage periods!. Being that you are so young!.!.!.a doctor is most needed to help come up with a plan on how to manage your periods!.
You need to have a talk to your mother about this!. every 2-3 weeks--you shouldn't let it slide!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
