Question: How do you know how long your menstrual cycle is!?
how do you know how long your menstrual cycle is, if you're on the pill is it however many pills there are in your pack, so for instance, i have 21 pills in my pack so does that mean my menstrual cycle is 21 days long!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your menstrual cycle when you're on the Pill and off it, can be different things entirely!.
With your Pill, you take 21 days, then have 7 Pill-free days, so your cycle is 28 days!.
However, when you come off the Pill your body finds its own natural cycle (the Pill makes it a man-made cycle while you're on it)!. This could be 28 days or 35 or whatever!. Once you come off the Pill (as I have recently to try for a baby) it was a bit hit and miss as to when to expect my period (I really missed that about the Pill - at least you knew pretty much to the hour when you were due!) but your body settles into its rythmn after a month or so!.

I think you're able to work it out by using a calendar, I never have but I found this to help you if you're interested in workint out how long yours is because I think it differs for everyone!.

Start counting the day your period starts until it starts again!. The norm is 28 days!. You have 21 pills you take them one each day and then don't take any for 7 days and then start over again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
