no girls normally grow till 18!.!.!.21-23 is for boys!.!.!.though exceptions are always there!.!.!.well you still have some years to grow so eat healthy and do streching excersices on regular basis(easy to say and do for 1-2 days but hard to maintain!)!.!.!.though now your growth will be quite slower now!.!.!.i guess u'll manage round 5'4 or 5'5 as your final height!.!.!.which is pretty decent ya!.!.!.because guys need to be taller than you so if you are too tall, your options will decrease!!Getting my point!;) So enjoy life!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone is different and stops growing at different ages!. Typically girls stop growing at 20-22 and men grow until they are about 25!. However that varies and depends!. Some women grow more during pregnancy!. It is not all genetics, that is why two 'short' people can have a 'tall' child, and the other way around!.

You are probably not done growing, but even if you are, be happy with your body as it was given to you!. You should be happy in your own skin!. It doesn't matter how tall you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Usually within a couple of years after you have started you period!. Though I started mine when I was 11!. Now I am 13 and 5'1 and my doctor said I still will probably grow about 3 inches, but I will stop growing when Imaround 14!. It depends, some people dont stop growing until they are 17 or 18 and some stop when they are 12!. Most stop around 14 or 15!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most girls stop growing within a few years of getting their period!. And Im shorter than my parents by a few inches, I never grew after I was about your age!. 5"1 and I love it!. But my feet stopped growing at age 11 so maybe you are still growing!. I hear you can keep growing into your twenties, but I think that usually only happens to guys!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Usually you keep growing as long as your feet are growing!. As far as I know, you completely stop at around 18-20 years old!. Get yourself some Calcium vitamins with vitamin D - it will help you maximize your growth!. I was always a huge fan of dairy products (which contain tons of calcium) and my sister was more of the veggie/ fruit person and HATED milk! Well, I ended up to be 5'9" and she's only 5'6"!. I'm sure that diet choice had a lot to do with it! Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends,

i'm thirteen and haven't even started puberty hardly,
some of my friends have finished growing were as i haven't even started yet!.

i take after my dad with height and stuff!.
so if you take after your mum and dad, check when they started and stopped growing

It's different for everyone but the accepted age is usually 18 years old!. Yes, you're probably still growing and it may be very little, but until you're 18 you can't really know for sure!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most girls stop growing somewhere between 16-18!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
