Question: Am I over weight!? I would like to know!?
I'm a 12 year old girl and I weigh like 118 lb!. is that over weight or is the regular for my age cause all my other friends are either really skinny or I'm over weight please be honest and don't hold back any thoughts!. And if I am how can I get healthier and get to the weight I'm supposed to be at!. And what am I supposed to be at!?

well this is kind of personal, i am 13 and around that height and i weigh that much so i think your not over Weight, their is probably a difference between guys and girls but i don't think it is much so u probably are not

THat sounds like a good weight to me!. Besides it is not the weight that matters that much it is the amount of exercise and food you have everyday!. No , in actuality I think that you maybe a little underweight but you can simply go to a gym pretending that you are interested in joining and have them discuss what will be an ideal weight or simply go to my food pyramid!. Better yet you consult a nutritionistWww@Answer-Health@Com

5"4 and 5"7 is a huge difference and makes a big difference in weights!. any ways if you are 5"7 and 118 you are really skinny and if your are 5"4 youare still considered pretty skinnyWww@Answer-Health@Com
