Question: Why are breast so sore!?
I'm a 28 year old mother of 4 children my tubes are tied so there is no chance that i may be pregnant!. so why are my breast so sore, they are sore to touch and sometimes so bad that i don't even want to wear a bra!. Is this normal with age!. they hurt the worst after awakeningWww@Answer-Health@Com

I had my tubes clamped several years ago!. My breast hurt allot too!. Mostly prior to my cycle!. There are things you can do to help!. If you take a large bottle of hot water you use it as a compress it helps to soothe the tenderness!. Hot showers help too!. Talk to your Doctor maybe he can give you a prescription for an anti inflammatory or antihistamine to bring down the swelling of the milk ducts!. It's the swelling that makes it tender!. Also a BIG no no to this condition is coffee caffeine!. Stay away from those !.!.!.!.or make a choice whats more important!. Epson Salt in a hot bath helps to!. Try them all and see what works!. About sleeping!. Do you sleep on your stomach!?

I had a friend that even having her tubes tied, she got pregnant, she was shocked because she had tube tied, and had breast tenderness and sore, she went to doctor to find out, and pregnant test is first thing her doctor did, and she was like, this is waste of time, I got tubed tied!.!. no way Im preg!.!. then it turned up positive!.!. and doctor explained to her how this can happen!.!. but the baby came out miscarriage!.!. after that, she had her ovaries removed so that way it won't happen again!.!.
