I've been having this brown discharge from my vagina!. I'm confused and afraid because i have no idea what it is!. i have been having lower back pain often and sometimes small stomach aches that doesnt last long at all!. The last time i had sex was about 4 to 5 weeks ago, and my partner did ejaculate in me :( unfortunately!. However, i still got my period last month {like two weeks after this happened} so idk if i'm pregnant!. i'm on no type of birth control!. i dont know what the discharge is coming from!.!.!.it also has a bad smell to it thats very embarrasing!.!. i have dushed though the last time i did this was last week!.!.[i dont do this often]!.
But what is this!? Is it an STD!? Could i be pregnant!? Is it time for my period again!?

it could be a few things so you may just want to call your OBGYN and ask her or make an apt!. i do get the same thing sometimes!. in my case all it is is that the endometrium cells that didn't shed for some reason with my last cycle have decided to shed!. this can also happen at the beginning or end of your period!. the endometrium cells are shed during your period in the form of blood!. It looks dark brown or black because its old blood!. bye the way, its not good to dushe!. When you dushe it strips away your natural fluids and it can dry you out and since it washes away your natural fluids there is nothing to protect you and can be easier to get viraces!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Brown usually means oxidised blood but it can be from an infection!. The fact that it smells means it is an infection!.
So go to the doctor!.
Since you are having unprotected sex it may be an STD!. Again, the doctor will deal with that!.

i think its just bacterial vaginosis!.!.!.sounds alot like it!.!.!.can be an std!.!.but not sure :-( prob not a yeast infection b/c it would be no smell and clear to white discharge!.!.!.i would say take hydrogen peroxide 2 tablespoons and water mix it up and douche it should go away in 7 days completely after 7 days,but after 1 or 2 the discharge and smell will go awayWww@Answer-Health@Com
