Boob problemssssss. ?!


Question: Boob problemssssss!. !?
So, im 15!. and my highschool soccer is starting on monday!. and i asked my mom to do it, and she really dosent want me to!. because the size of my breasts!. im not a very big girl!. im 5'1!. and around 120 pounds!. and i have 34D!. and shes making this big deal of it because she worried about my back!. i did to lacrosse for a while!. and she made me stop because she would have to take me to the chiropractor like every weekend!. and i had bad pains every once and i while, but ive convinced her to at least let me do intramurals and see where that takes me!.

but is there any good sports bra's or some type of exercises that i can do that will prohibit the back pain!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds odd, but exercises that strengthen your stomach, like sit ups and crunches!. If you keep you abs tight it helps prevent back pains!. Their partner muscles (like biceps and triceps or quads and hamstrings!.)

I don't know what to tell you about a sports bra, have you asked in a sports store - or ask your chiropractor!. My chiropractor is excellent about knowing what to do to keep me from hurting my back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i suffer from t-bob (to big of boob- inside joke) disorder to, and i know how you feel!. i wear 36DD!. i haven't found a way to get rid of the back pain entirely but i also have joint issues!. but i go jogging every other day and like the really nice tennis player brows work pretty well!. doubling up on brows gives an extra support to!. also something that helps keep your back in line is yoga and its good for body all together! (i do it every morning)!.

The only thing I can think of is to try and lose weight!. If you lose enough you should lose it in your breasts which would take a lot of pressure off your back!. Soccer would probably be a good start along those lines!. You just have to burn more calories than you consume and you lose weight and visa versa!. Simple as that really!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My girl friend that had double F's used to wear THREE sports bras to Track practice!.!.!.!.

So it's a rough life -- wear a couple of sports bras!.
When you're old enough I would consider getting a reduction if you continue to have back problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i wouldnt say lose weight because you might not be able to loose it in your boobs and than youll look really unproportianate!. just get a size smaller than you sports bra that will be tight but will hold you in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

WOW!. okay you must have other problems bc i am a 34D and weigh 125 pounds and i run,play tennis and do yoga and also other activities!. but then again im 5'8 so maybe your height makes a difference!. i do need to wear special sports bras though for extra support!. you should go to Victoria's secret and look for sports bras bc they have really good ones there!. i got one that's called a shock absorber where it has two layers of protection!. its great!. you could also do exercises to strengthen your back, just go on google and look up back strengtheners!.
