Answers:
if u had blood on ur pantyliner, then u probably have it!. the only thing u can do is wait and see if there is more blood later on!.
ur first period can be heavy, so be prepared!. u might want to learn how to use tampons, because they feel so much better than pads, but if u want to save it till later on, thats ok too!.
just be prepared to change ur pad every hour at school if u arent using tampons too!. the flow can be really heavy!. (i cant repeat myself enough on that one!!)
my first period lasted like!.!.!.!.!.15 days, so dont freak out if it just keeps coming!. the thing u have to look forward to is a lighter period next time!. although sometimes u skip months!. but dont wear pads if ur just waiting for it, use pantiliners!. i was walking around with pads on for like 2 months, and the insides of my legs hurt so much from the wings rubbing against them!
i'd tell ur mom once u know u have it!. she'll be happy about it, not awkward lol!.
good luck babe!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may be getting your period but you never really know or even tell when you are going to start!. when i first started my period i didn't have any cramps at all but you never know everyone is different!. I didn't start getting cramps until i had my period for about a year!. maybe you should talk to your mom about it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

yesh i was scared too but i was boobless too and actually it might be a cough and i dont know about the red dots on your liners!. you might wanna see a doctor!. maybe it was all in your head!?

Well boobs arent a factor
I know many young girls with their periods that have small or no breasts

It may seem awkward at first but try feeling your nipple area for ''breast buds''!. Breast buds are just a circular shape that are kind of hard, these are your breasts forming!. As for the hair factor, you seem to be growing at a normal rate, periods come between the ages of 10-18, dont be shy, ask your mum when she got hers, as for the stuff, for inbetween periods you should use liners just so your discharge doesnt go everywhere, i suggest you use pads with wings until your comfortable with tampons, at first your period will be irregular so maybe, dark brown instead of red, or a bit clumpy, but thats all determined by your weight and what you eat, so for a healthy period and body, try eating the right foods and make sure your not under or above your recommended weight for 13!. Your boobs will grow at their own rate, if your mum has big breasts, chances are you will too, if her breasts are small, than there is nothing wrong with that!. Sorry that its long
I hope it helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Common obvious signs with menstruating are terrible lower back pains and you might notice just near your pelvic area you may have sharp pains on your left or right side!. I'd also check for a change in mood, you may feel quite upset for no particular reason or easily become defensive!.

My advice is to pack some tampons or pads (depending on what you prefer using) in a discreet little bag in your school bag and if you have to some undies!. I know that sounds dorky but if it was to happen at school you will thank yourself for it honestly!.

Also have some tampons/pads at home to be prepared!. Sometimes you may not experience the symptoms until it fully comes on, if that makes sense!.

As for boobs, don't expect to be up a few bra sizes within the year!.!.!.infact im twenty and mine only started growing , it's going to be up to genetics and luck on that one :) Although you will definitely see a difference in your body whether it is obvious or not!.

You shouldn't be ashamed to tell your mum, she went through this too!. My mum was a huge help when it came to my body changing, i'd freak out so it helps to have someone to help you out!.

Be prepared :) Www@Answer-Health@Com

It does sound like you are about to start your period!.

This month it probably won't be really easy to gauge!. You may just spot for a few days!. You could bleed for a week!. Make sure you go to the store and buy pads - Always brand has always been my favorite!. You can use tampons later, but I remember when I first started my period, I didn't even want to think about tampons!

Once you start bleeding, remember to change your pad every 4 hours or so!. Also when you shower every day, make sure to wash down there and rinse thoroughly!

You'll know you've started your period if you start bleeding more than a few spots at a time!. For most of us, we bleed for 3-7 days or so and it is unfortunately a bit uncomfortable while it comes out!.

Your cramps will hopefully stop after your first day of bleeding!. Eventually the cramps may help signal to you that you are about to start!.

In the beginning few years, you may not be on a very good schedule, but eventually you can expect to start your period at almost the same time every month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
