Well i started shaving mylegs when i was like 13, and started shaving my arm pits when i realised i needed to!.
I do find this wierd because if she wears skirts and strapy tops that show her hair then she probly doesn't think anything bad about it because a lot of people like to be 'natural' i personaly think its mingin & unhygenic!.

It really depends on her culture I guess!. However, her in the US it is extremely common for girls to shave!. So, I suppose it is an oddity for her not to!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
