Question: How soon would you be contacted if you had an abnormal pap smear!?
I had one done several weeks ago and the doctor told me at the time of the appointment my results would be available by now!. They gave me a number to call an automated machine to get the results and it just says i have "no messages"!. I called the actual office and the lady was just like, wait a few more days and call back or check the mail and see if we send a letter!.
she didn't look anything up on my file!.!.!. she didn't even ask my name!.
so basically she blew me off!.

I had one once and the doctor contacted me within a couple of weeks!. It might be that the lab they use is back up or just really slow at finishing tests and getting the results to the proper people!. If you are worried just keep harassing them till they give you the results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Hi they would write to you within weeks i had a borderline pap smear result and from experience when everything is OK you don't here anything
