Gynecologist appointment tomorrow, should I...?!

Question: Gynecologist appointment tomorrow, should I!.!.!.!?
I've been having some random sharp pains in my vagina/rectum (i can't really tell)!. I've been doing a little bit of research and I read that the doctor will probably do a rectovaginal exam to try and determine the source of the pain!. I've never had a rectovaginal exam before!.!.!. should I give myself an enema or something before this!? I'm really nervous about it and I'd be so humiliated if I got feces on my doctor's finger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
No, do not do a enema!!! gynecologists' are very used to seeing anything!. nothing you have will surprise him!. he will probably not even notice since he sees' it so often!. most of the time nothing shows on the finger since they put jelly on first!. That makes it so poop doesn't stick to his finger!. Don't worry, it will be just fine!. Try to relax, he/she delivers babies, that's way worse to look at!. it'll be o!.k!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, it's a doctor and to them you are just a routine patient, nothing abnormal!. They've heard this problem before!. It can be nerve-wracking to have those appointments, but the doctor will do their best to make you feel comfortable =)
and don't be humiliated, they have feces too =P
btw did you know that a lot of times women poop while giving birth!? doctors don't think twice about that stuff Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can if you want, but your doctor may also want to check your feces for any sign of infection that may be causing your pain!. Don't worry about getting anything on your doctor's finger!. They wear gloves and have seen much worse!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

He does this stuff daily - just do your normal washing routine!. Maybe be a little more vigorous, but don't go crazy!. If he minded, he wouldn't have that job :D To him, it's just another body on another day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All doctors have had this happen, it's not unusual!. If you're that nervous, when they are doing it, shut your eyes and think about something else!. It always helps me!. I know it doesn't sound easy but it is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just wash like normal!. Dont be nervous they do this daily and chances are he'll be in and out before you know it! They're quick! lol!. Best of luck to you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

No no no!. Don't douche, no enema, just go in natural!. The doctor will not get anything on his finger!. Trust me, I've had one of these exams once a year for the past 15 years!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
