Question: I have PCOS i dont have periods, could i be pregnant!?
i have PCOS i dont have periods at all, although i have all the symptoms of being pregnant!. could i be!? as i thought if i have no periods i wasn't ovulating im very confused some1 please help who also has been in the same situation! thanks xWww@Answer-Health@Com

I also have PCOS and Endometriosis!. Without taking any birth control pills, I do not have a period!. There have been MANY times I thought I was pregnant and was not!. However, it IS possible, unlikely, but possible!.Do a home test first, it is the cheapest and more private way of finding out!. If you are looking to get pregnant and having difficulty, talk to your doctor about losing weight (if you need to), and taking birth control pills for about 3-6 months!. Then when you stop taking the birth control, you could get pregnant!. This is how I conceived TWICE! Both times it was within a month or two of stopping birth control!. I was told that I would not have any children at all!. Also a woman with PCOS should be taking birth control to regulate the monthly cycle regardless if you are trying to get pregnant or not!
Start with the at home test!.
