endorphins are a hormone that makes you feel relaxed and dulls pain

so chocolate is actually GOOD for your cramps, it just tastes yummy

chocolate is also great for being moody and cranky hahha

I don't think it makes it worse, but makes you feel a little better instead!. My mum always needs chocolate on her period, and she says that it helps!.

Although, I can't stand to think about chocolate when I'm on mine (I know!.!.!.I don't sound like a girl now) I actually crave fruit, or very citric things instead (Hey, I'm not complaining)!.
