I am 42 and still having mine!. Normally you will go through menapause around the same time your mother did!. So ask her if possible!. My mother was 45!. So i am just around the corner!. Cant wait, but then the hormonal imbalance can set it!. Even tho my mother didnt take supplements or meds!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
