Mm well started everything in puberty and i mean it including tons of pubic hair and BROWN DISCHARGE! and boobs i have 2 wear a bra
when will i start
i have cramps in the lower part of the tummy 4 the past 8 months started everything in puberty accept from the brown discharge 4 over 2 years

because it sounds like its possibly coming soon,
like today or tomoro soon,
thats what happened to me!.
brown discharge at night before i went to bed, and then period that next morning!.
When you first start out, use pads, then when you feel comfortable, and its okay with your mom, its safe to use tampons!.
And cramps, if you have cramps, its good to stay away from salty foods, excersice, and if they are really horrible take midol!.
I would suggest carrying around pads everywhere you go!. Just in case!.

I would suggest taking a trip to the drugstore and looking for some medicine if you have cramps!. Warm bathes also work!. As for which is better, tampons are good if you're playing sports, especially swimming and gymnastics and ballet, because it won't show through your uniform!. You will probably start it, because once you grow boobs and your pubic hair starts to grow, about 2 years later, you will get your period!. Yes, it is true, brown discharge is old blood!. By the way, I would suggest starting to wear a pantie liner, because you might start period while you're in school!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wear a pad until you have red blood!. Tampons are good after your first period!. If you have cramps, take Midol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
