Question: Help from those who have been to Planned Parenthood!?
How long does it usually take to get in and out when you do a walk-in!? My boyfriend and I were planning on getting there at 10:30 am tomorrow, how long approximately do you think we would have to wait in the waiting room, and how long would the appointment take (it's for birth control)!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It really all depends on your town and how many people are ahead of you!. Typically, they are pretty much on time with only a 10 minute wait maximum for me!. If it's your first meeting, I suggest planning out 30 minutes for your consult!. If you're doing more than just getting pills and they have to physically examine you then plan on being there for about an hour!. They "annual exam" as they call it is basically painless, it's just a long visit!. They ask you a lot of questions and are willing to discuss anything you have problems or questions with so it also depends on if you have questions or not!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
It depends, if there are allot of people in the waiting room it will take a little while but for the most part all you have to do is fill out a paper or two (takes like 5 minutes at most), wait for your name to get called, than talk to the nurse who is assigned to help you (about 5 to 6 minutes)!. Well if this is ur 1st time goin u have to do a lil paper work!. its early in da morning so it shouldn take that long, da nurse practitioner will ask u series of questions regarding ur cycle, or even ask wat birth control metho u were on b4 ur visit!. she will give them to u and dats it, its hardly ever crowded and they work really fast with!.
