Mood changes during my period?!

Is it normal!? One minute I'm happy another minute later I'm really frustrated and i don't know what I'm frustrated with!. I just get mad for no reason It's like i want to start an argument with my friends or family but i try to hold it in!. I get mad at them for nothing just the simple things! Usually I'm not like that!. Like my mom got me the wrong drink and i got so mad but i didn't show it but i wanted to argue with someone really bad!. Then another time I'm just SO depressed for no reason! I just sit there and cry for nothing and I don't know why!. I feel so weird!. Lately I've been sad/mad/happy!. Like i get pissed off easily when I have my period!. Is this normal!? should i be worried!? I'm not like this i don't want to argue but during my period i do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
