Well i tried to put in a tampon,and it wont go in!.What do i do!?

Go to the bathroom and have a mirror in front of you!. Spread your legs open and insert the tampon!. You can see yourself in the mirror so you kno u wont miss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try moistening it and putting one leg up on something (like a bathtub) or sitting on the floor with your legs spread apart!. It can be kind of awkward to get used to at first, but pretty soon you'll wonder why it was ever a problem!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just relax!. (I know its easier said than done) and try putting your foot up on the toilet!. and point tha tampon towards your spine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
