There's no need to be worried yet! I started my period 4 years ago when I was a sophomore in high school and am literally this year becoming regular (and that's only because I've started taking birth control to regulate my cycle)!. I was also an athlete throughout high school (track, cross country, gymnastics) and being so active can definitely prevent your cycle from becoming regular!. The longest I went between periods was 6 months!. It takes, on average, about two years for your cycle to work itself out and become "normal" so I wouldn't worry about it! Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok wat do u mean first time!? first time as in sex or your peroid!.
If it was the first time for sex did u use protection and all of that stuff!.!.!.but if your talkin first time for your peroid, than that can be normal, sometimes it takes your body time to get into a routine!. if your an athlete as well, that sometimes has something to do with it, b!.c your body is always goin and always doin something, due to you being active, than your body may just respond to your peroid evey month in a different way(if that makes sense) - but if you havent had sex before, thna there is NOTHING to worry about, b!.c there is no way you could be pregant!. I no this happened to me once, and to a freind of mine, we both skipped 1-2 months iwht out having it, sometimes this jsut occurs!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

the same thing hapened to me
last month i had nothing and i barely started two months ago for the first time
but i asked the same question and people told me that your period could be unpredictable, and it might come any time,
mine started a few days ago
but if your worried then go see a doctor it cant hurt to be sure
=D
hopefully i helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com

It could take yuo several years before you get regular, i used to do the same thing!. Your missed periods could be caused by a bad diet, to much exercise, stress and a number of other things!. If your concerned about being unregular, ask your doctor about starting birth control pills!. They'll make you regular, shorten periods and reduce PMS!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

this happened to me before, and it turned out the cause was that i wasnt eating enough!. if you dont eat enough, or only eat too much of similar things, your body wont ovulate because it is not in a good condition to become pregnant!. this causes you to not get your period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your safe!. Relax!. Deep breath in!. Beep breath out!. The only thing that has happened is that because you just started, your not regular yet!. And your also an athlete, that can delay your period a whole bunch!. If you haven't had sex, your def!. safe!. :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

This is completely normal I swear!. Just having cycle issues!. I went on the pill 4 years ago just for that reason and it works amazing! I can time the freakin hour my period is going to start!. Maybe somethin you should look into!. Its great!Www@Answer-Health@Com

at 1st your period will more than likely be irregular
meaning it wont come all the time
ur body is going through changes so dont worry as u get older
it will be more regular!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
