I look pregnant but I'm not. What's wrong?!

Question: I look pregnant but I'm not!. What's wrong!?
About 2 years ago I started taking anti-psychotics!. My first was Zyprexa and I gained about 20lbs while on it!. (I was fairly skinny before) I was then taken off Zyprexa and through the years put on many dif!. medications, none of which really changed my weight significantly!. Now 2 years later I am 18, in college, and no longer on any meds!. My figure doesn't really look bad!.!.!. but mostly b/c I've learned to hold my stomach in pretty well!. But if I just let my stomach relax, it seriously looks like I'm pregnant (I'm not)!. I have been exersising and stopped eating a lot of the junk food that I used to!. (And I've stuck to it) At first I was able to lose a few founds, but every time my period came around they came back, and now I am unable to lose any weight at all, no matter how hard I try!. (I am not gaining weight either) The weight gain is mostly around my sides and front!. What is going on!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It sounds like your stomach wall muscles are weak!. Try eating a diet high in protein (eggs, chicken breast, white turkey) fruit and green veggies !. Combine the new diet with a focus on your abs and core at least 3 times a week for an hour ( look up core and abs work out on the web for excersice routines) and you will not only firm up your belly and sides but you will burn more weight off with the help of the boosted protein diet!. It works for me!!! Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Dude, I used to be like that too!. How is your bowel movement!? I think it's a lack of fiber in your diet!. That little bulge in your tummy is all just feces sitting in your intestines!. Gross , I know!.!. but asides from the exercise you need to take in more fiber and drink more water!. I'd try eating one apple every day, besides veggies!. It did wonders for me!.

The period thing is probably just bloating!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
