Sleeping with bras.....?!

I sleep with a light sports bra, those stretchy cotton ones!.!.!.I find them comfy!.!.!.nothing will happen if you do the same thing!. Wearing a regular bra to bed is not so wise as it will wear out your good bras!. The extra washing and wearing of them will make them not last as long as they could!. I wouldnt ever wear an underwire bra to bed though!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you wear a well fitting bra there shouldn't be any problems, but a badly fitting bra can cause problems, like wires poking into you, which can damage your breast tissues!. I like wearing bras to bed, but i make sure i only wear wire free sports bras to bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

nothing happens!. I slept with a bra on since I was 9 and now that I have a fiance, I sleep naked!. It is way more comfy sleeping naked and it is better for sex!. It feels way better so you should try sleeping naked!. Trust meWww@Answer-Health@Com
