The numbers are the band size, aren't related to size of your actual boobs!. The bigger the number, the bigger the band size!. Cup sizings are separate!. For each band size you go up, the cup goes one down!. For example, 40C has a bigger back size then 36DD, but they both fit the same size breasts!.

The 40 or the 36 is not the cup size!. Cup sizes are the abcd's and so on where as the 40 is the measurement you take from under the bust/around the back and nothing to do with what size your actual boobs are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
