Only about half of women bleed!. It's normally not much - just a few spots of blood though it's heavy for some women!. You probably don't need to put anything down!.

You don't bleed a lot, some people don't bleed at all!.
For example, its not normally as heavy as your period!. Generally just a few spots!.
