The Doctor said it is in place but now i want to take it out!.

As another person stated, there is no guarantee that you'll never have another period again while using Mirena!. It is a fortunate side effect that MOST women stop cycling during usage (until the end of the active hormone's life span, when bleeding does start up again)!.
Even if the hormones weren't working (which after only a year I can promise you they still are!), the device would still act as a contraceptive, because it is an object in your uterus!. And your uterus isn't smart enough to know between a piece of plastic and a fertilized ovum, so the ovum would be discarded anyway!.
There's no need to get another IUD at this point, especially considering the doctor said it's fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its not 100% that you will not get cycles!. most people stop having their cycles but not everyone does!. that stinks cuz its one of the bene's of having morena!. listen to your body cuz your body knows best if it doesn't feel right take it out asap intuitions are usually correctWww@Answer-Health@Com
