oh i get that i get up and everything goes white and i cant walk!. I would get it checked with a doctor though cause it could be serious

Are you eating enough food!?
and getting enough sleep!?
too hot!?
or pregnant!?
and sometimes i feel dizzy and light headed when im on my period, maybe its that!?

I used to get like this alot! Everything would get bright then stuff would fade really dark But once I went to the doctor and did a blood test he said I was hypoglycemic, once i started eating on a regular schedule It didnt happen at all!.

You could be hypoglycemic or you could be low on iron!. have both levels checked!. Its a common problem with women unfortunately!Www@Answer-Health@Com
