I have always found that having good sex makes you want to have more of it!. It could be a combination of him not knowing what makes you orgasm and your not knowing what makes you orgasm!. Have you tried masturbation to explore your own body and discover your hot spots so that you can guide him to the places you want touched for good sex!. It could also be that you are consumed by school, work, home, etc!., and just think sex takes up time you should be doing something else!. If that is it, you really need to make time for sex, because it is important to your future married life!. You need to clear your mind of other things and try to make it a good experience, not a chore!. I hate to recommend this, but you might try having a couple of glasses of wine or a drink before sex to help you relax and loosen up!.

Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, in the first place if you don't feel good about yourself, and you don't get much exercise, that will definitely hurt your sex drive, as well as your health overall!. I'd say it would be smart to change your eating habits (smaller meals, less sugar, fats, & carbs) and get daily exercise!. Once you feel better about yourself, I would bet your sex drive improves!. Good luck!.
Like many thinkgs in life there is no magic answer!. Sometime change requires effort on your part!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might have a low sex drive!.

The first thing you should do is see a doctor!. There may be an underlying medical reason that is causing the low drive!. This is especially true if a lower sex drive is a recent change, but can be true regardless!. Depression can be a major contributor!. If you are lethargic, and have low self image this could point towards depression!.

Ask yourself if you enjoy sex!. For more married couples, 1-2x per month is normal, especially if you have children and various other responsibilities!. Perhaps you have an unrealistic idea of how frequent married couples have sex!. Less than 10 times a year is considered a sexless marriage!.

Does this bother your partner!? If both of you are happy with your current situation, there is no reason to change it, but if you desire a change then work towards fixing it together with your partner!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
