I dont completely understand it, but I know that she gets really teary and depressed a week leading up to it!.

I get very severe PMS!. For the week leading up to my period I'm a totally different person!. I cry at the drop of a hat, I'm too tired to do much of anything and I have alot of physical pain!. My moods come and go and I have no patience for anything!.
I feel really bad for my husband!. He knows why I act like that but I don't think he totally understands!. Basically he just stays out of my way and tries not to annoy me!. There's only so much he can do, but for the most part he's sympathetic!.!.!. except when I'm a wretched B**** to him, then I can tell he gets a little angry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not a guy, but I have a husband!. My PMS doesn't irritate him!.!.!. HE irritates me!. He doesn't understand it, BUT!.!.!. he understands it on some level because he once was full of raging testosterone in his puberty days!. Those were the days where he wanted a good fight, eyeballing people, etc!. That's how I feel a lot of the time!. One of these days, I'll absolutely relish a melee! If I get snappy, he makes sure my kids have other things to do or boots them out into the yard to play, handles unwanted guests, and simply have some quiet time with me!. He also makes sure he gets junk food for me, especially chocolate!
Each month he'll say to the kids "The chocolate monster's back", and the kids'll tiptoe out the door!. I love that man!Www@Answer-Health@Com
