Answers:
Yes! Backaches are a common pre-menstrual symptom!.

Click on the below link for articles about this!. You can try Advil or an Advil knock-off!. Some people say that taking calcium helps with all premenstrual symptoms!. I find hiding in bed, eating chocolate, watching tv or reading mysteries, help!. Also, screaming at everyone helps a lot!.

You can check the second link for other suggestions for treatments!. Probably a bunch of people selling patent (worthless) medicines!. But if you find any reputable sites, I would see what they had to say!.

When I had really bad PMS, I would become suicidal!. What stopped that in its tracks was natural progesterone!. Synthetic progesterone makes all symptoms worse!. Natural progesterone, in full strength, is available with a prescription at compounding pharmacies!. Link below for one!. 100 mg - 300 mg bid would do the trick!. Apparently, one school of thought is that falling progesterone levels cause all the PMS symptoms!. Adding natural progesterone certainly knocked them out for me!. I don't know if any of the OTC progesterone creams or supplements are strong enough to help!.

If you start to experience depression during PMS, please do get a Rx for the natural progesterone!. The pharmacy can tell you what to have the doctor write, but generally it is "natural progesterone, tablet form, 300 mg bid, qty 90!." You only have to take them when you are experiencing the symptoms!. They will make you temporarily drowsy at the 300 mg level (not so at the 100 mg level), so take with coffee!.

Godspeed to feeling better and happy thanksgiving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on the person, some people don't get cramps at all or can withstand the small amount of pain they get from their period but I have a friend who takes medication for her cramps!. If your pain threshold is low or if the cramps are just simply very very painful talk to your doctor and they might be able to help keep the pain down and even possibly get you excused from certain activities during your period to keep the pain downWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes! My back pain is unbearable! I have to use 2 heating pads!. One for my back and one for my cramps!. It's totally normal!. Try using Mydol or something!. It's supposed to help with cramps, back pain, bloating, and fatigue!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
