Question: 13 need to lose some!?
weight im 5'3 and 150 i dont eat that much sugary or fast food stuff or chips junkfood ect!. except on occasion { thanks giving holidays ] and i do gymnastics every thursday for one hour but except that and some swimming i get no exercise because there are no kids in my neighborhood and its dangerous so i cant ride my bike in it and there is absouloutly nothing to do so im not motivated because its boring by myself
what sould i do!?!?!!

Try out some yoga it can burn weight off and help you relax too!. its great! try eating healthy foods but dont let your weight get to you too much!.!.

its not just what you eat but how often you eat and the portions!. small meals 5-6 times a day and more activity fun stuff get a wii, a pet, if you have friends at school see if you all can go to the mall or shopping center
get into activities like dancing more gymnastics or something if nothing works turn the radio up in your room and dance and jump around for a good 30 minutes 3 times a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com

you need to stop eating all that junk food and eat health foods one plate per serving breakfast lunch, dinner and stop drinking all those soda and drink water!. exercise run, walk,just don't set down and watch tv do set-up!. jumping jacks even dancing make you loss weight!. but you need to keep it up everyday until you lose the pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know u don't want to hear this but u don't need to lose weight oh and DON'T starve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but if u really want to lose weight then put on fun music an work out 2 times a week and ask ur mom or dad to go to the park or someplace wit friends once a week and chill and talk and walk round =) if u can =) good luck Www@Answer-Health@Com

i am 5'9 age 15 and i lost 20 pounds starving myself i went from 180-162 in like a couple of week!. the only problem is you start to look sick after awhile so yea lol!. i also skate everyday and play itg and ddrWww@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't say you need lose weigh but if you feel like you must lose weigh then try doing yoga or something like that in your spare time!. You'll slim down a lot as you get older if you keep eating right like you are now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would go see a dietician to evaluate your diet, 80% comes from what you are eating but yuo are eating healthy, big thing is portion control to lose but you are young so go see a deiticianWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you need to lose weight only do it the healthy way, of course:) As unattractive as it may sound!.!. a vegan diet is an awesome way to go and has no negative side effects!. On average, when overweight people go on a vegan diet they lose about a pound a day!. I do recommend cardio because you need to keep your heart healthy!. Try to get at least 3 three days out of the week that you spend doing 15-30min!. of cardio!. You can be creative about working out in your home even with little room!. Pick up some light hand weights at the store and build your muscle mass while you watch your favorite t!.v!. program or blare your favorite music to get you pumped!. It's easy to procrastinate working out so go into it with a positive attitude and let it be flexible to your needs and capabilities!. If you don't dig the vegan thing, I would suggest that you do cut out fast food entirely!. This doesn't just mean McDonalds, Taco Bell or Burger King!.!.!. I mean all processed foods and bad meats!. Drink 8 glasses of water everyday - it is so important for your body and it will enhance your weight loss!. I have just started a program similar to this one and I have not only noticed a difference in weight loss but more importantly, it makes me have so much more energy, my body feels improved and I feel a whole lot healthier on the inside as well!.
